Cook time: None

Servings: As many as you like.

Don’t skip the coarse sea salt; it will make a big difference in taste. Well, don’t add the salt for those with a low salt diet. An interesting fact about avocados is that it is not a vegetable but a fruit. So we can safely call this Power Snack a Fruit Salad too.

There are so many benefits that come with eating Avocados: not only do they contain many vitamins and minerals but also antioxidants and of course the density of calories packed into this small and beautiful green fruit. And when you’re a growing teen, calories are necessary!

The watermelon will add to the sweetness and the blueberries some acidity, hence the need to add sea salt to balance all the different taste.

PS: Please cut up food into small bite sized pieces.

PSS: don’t forget to brush teeth and braces after eating.

Bon appétit,
